Who are we?
TrustSuite is part of the Love Legal Group. We are a legal software company who provide solutions which are designed to make the document production process more efficient and more cost effective. We automate the document production process and where possible and necessary, link up unregulated practitioners with their regulated counterparts.
We use a panel of solicitors who provide the necessary precedents, trust deeds and advice around lifetime trusts and who ultimately sign off the trust deeds for TrustSuite clients.
Reasons to use TrustSuite
- Average turnaround times for lifetime trusts can be as much as 6-8 weeks. When clients have paid significant sums of money to protect their assets they are doubtless impatient for the trust deeds. We work to a 10 working day turnaround and often trusts are ready to download from your system within 36 hours.
- When we created TrustSuite, it was designed around some of the pain points practitioners within the market experienced, namely that the providers they were used to were slow and expensive. With that in mind, we actively sought to disrupt the market by providing a solution where we made it easy for both the solicitor and for the estate planning professionals.
- Estate planning professionals can submit instructions for lifetime trusts and receive documents in record time without heavy costs. Whether single trust or mirror (a couple) our cost is only £575 (+VAT) plus disbursements.
- Our lifetime trusts are competitively priced to enable all of our clients to make a healthy margin whilst offering a cost effective solution for their clients. Here is some data we have collated; The average disbursement is only £40. The average price for a lifetime trust (charged by a solicitor) is £750-1000. A client typically pays between £1500 to £2500 for a lifetime trust.
The reason why I chose TrustSuite was, I’ve used other providers before and often there’s been a problem where we’ve never known how long the trust is going to be when it comes back, we’ve been promised a week or two weeks. What I like about TrustSuite is there is a guaranteed turn-around of 5 (working) days, but often it comes back within 48 hours already checked.

Where you opt for this solution, your trust deed and the I.P is secure and will never be offered to other practitioners without prior written agreement.
TrustSuite for unregulated practitioners / Estate Planning Professionals

Our automated document production system makes it possible for solicitors to review and approve instructions quickly and efficiently meaning that the TrustSuite user and their client gets documents in a much more timely manner.
How do you access TrustSuite?
Whilst TrustSuite is a separate solution to WillSuite, it is part of the Love Legal group and accessible through the WillSuite software. You don’t have to have an active subscription to WillSuite to be able to access TrustSuite and we can provide you with login credentials to be able to access the TrustSuite solution. You simply login, submit instructions through an intuitive and intelligent interface and access the documents produced and signed off by the solicitor. We simply make it easier for both parties.
